Steam distilled brandy obtained from a careful selection of the best Vermentino pomace.
Tasting
It has a bright white color, an intense and elegant nose, with clear and light aromas, floral and fruity notes of green apple, pear and gooseberry. A gentle grappa, well-structured and with a great finish, long persistence, in which the subtle notes of apple return.
